Corny Keg is pleased to be able to provide ball lock kegs. These kegs are converted pin lock Cornelius style kegs. The standard pin lock connections are replaced with the new CornyKeg ball lock conversion fittings. These posts are stainless steel and include our new stainless steel universal poppet. These posts accept all standard ball lock connectors.
Please note: There are two differences between our converted ball lock kegs and a standard “Pepsi” style ball lock keg. Our converted kegs are 2” shorter and 1” larger in diameter and they have a static relief valve not the manual pull ring valve. Functionally they are exactly the same and accept all ball lock connections. All Converted Corny Keg ball lock kegs have been washed, rinsed, pressure checked, all orings have been replaced and the pin lock fittings are replaced with the new CornyKeg ball lock fitting. I randomly found Corny Keg with an online search looking for 5 gallon Corny Kegs for sale. I am glad I did! Very easily searchable website. The keg I received was less than premium, I called Corney keg and without hesitation they sent me a replacement and told me to keep the original (I can use it for cleaning beer lines) The replacement is of premium quality. Yes it was a littel hassle but they came through I am very happy with my purchase
I just got tired of bottling and wanted to enjoy my brew and share with my crew without the hassle. I’m new to forced carbonation and looked around the for all the equipment to get up and running. The Whole Enchilada was perfect. Exchanged the tank for a full one for $15, read the directions, put the system together, rocked the keg side to side for a count of 200, and waited for 30 minutes; my brew was already cold crashed and I had cleaned and sanitized the keg and cooled too. After that I was enjoying a few cold ones. I would definitely recommend buying this system if you’re looking to get into kegging and out of bottling 5 gallons of wort and waiting for a couple of weeks.
